Tără(z)boi

The play is about the Transnistria war, back in 1992. The author put together true facts and memories from her friends and relatives, so the text has a documentary base and a strong emotional charge. The characters create a perfect image of a world in decay in the name of an absurd cause. It’s a world where the celebration songs are replaced by the sound of bullets and the mourning covers the children's smiles. The love stories are doomed before they even start. The dramatic facts are well-balanced by the fine humor and the visual moments inserted in the play. The performance tries to recreate the destiny of a village during the war. It is a small world of passion, traditions and choices, with its tears and laughter, heroes and antiheroes. The play was presented with great succes in Apollo International Theatre Festival in Alba Iulia, 2021. 

A történet a transznisztriaiháború idején játszódik 1992-ben. A szerző történelmi dokumentumokat, valamint családtagjai és barátai visszaemlékezését felhasználva írta meg az erős érzelmekkel operáló történetet. A karakterek egy abszurd ügy nyomán romlásba dőlt világ képét festik elénk. Az ünnepi énekek dallamát felváltja a robbanások zaja, mosoly helyett gyász ül az arcokra, és a szerelmek bimbójukban halnak el. A drámai eseményeket finom humor és vizuális elemek egyensúlyozzák. Egy falu sorsán keresztül megismerünk egy szenvedélyekkel, hagyománnyal és választásokkal, könnyel és nevetéssel, hősökkel és antihősökkel teli világot.  Az előadás nagy sikerrel szerepelt az Apolló Nemzetközi Színházi Fesztiválon Alba Iulia városában, 2021-ben.

Teatrul21 (Iași, Románia)

Theatre 21 is a young group with a rich experience. Even though in its infancy in this formula, the group owns many years of performances, rehearsals, characters and emotions. It is an experiment made by a bunch of people (old members of the Ludic Student Theatre) to whom the stage is like a second home. They are determined to keep alive the passion that brought them together and to enjoy the friendship without which the theatre would be poorer. The group’s members count on their rich experience in national and international festivals. They are always searching for innovative theatre techniques, interesting texts and high-quality artistic experiences. They are young people open to intercultural exchanges with artists all over the world. The director of the play has a large experience, participating in more than thirty international festivals and hundreds of national student festivals. 

A Theatre 21 kísérletképp alakult a Ludic Student Theatre tagjaiból. A színház második otthonuk, próbálják életben tartani azt a szenvedélyt, ami összehozta őket. Számos hazai és külföldi fesztiválon szerepeltek, nyitottak az interkulturális tapasztalatcserére. A szakma szeretetén túl barátságok tartják össze a csapatot, melynek tagjai komoly szakmai tapasztalatokkal rendelkeznek. Szívesen kísérleteznek új technikákkal, érdekes szövegekkel, törekedve a magas minőségű művészetre. Tără(z)boicímű előadásuk rendezője eddig több mint 30 külföldi és több száz hazai fesztiválon mutatkozott be.
